Manager - Technical Architect - Java/Python/C++ - Big4

Urgent opening for Manager-Technical Architect with one of the BIG 4 for Bangalore location.

Job description:-

- Looking for a Technical Manager who is hands on in design and development of applications on various platforms with strong team management capabilities and client interfacing skills.

Required skills:-

- Strong in OOPs concepts, Design Patterns, multithreading, synchronization etc

- Hands on in coding with Java/Python/C++

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git or SVN etc.) and release management

- Ability to interpret business requirements and other supporting documentation with a strong attention to detail and convert them into technical specifications

- Worked on Front/Middle office systems with strong understanding on Financial Risk Management (Credit/Market), Derivative Pricing, Regulatory Reporting and Basel recommendations

- Well versed with web development and understanding of front end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, angular-JS and CSS

- Worked on service oriented architecture, mark up languages like XML or JSON

- Knowledge on SQL and RDBMS

- Knowledge in setting up and managing development, SIT, UAT and production environments

- Coordinating design, development, testing, debugging and implementation of scalable web based distributed applications

- Knowledge on Test Driven Development and Agile Methodologies

Other preferred skills:

- Capability to produce project costs, budget, resource and risk reports

- Capable of giving effective and timely feedbacks and define career growth plans for the team members

- Understanding on the effort estimation models and tweak them to the current project

- Knowledge on grid computing and MonteCarlo Simulation

Education and Experience:

- Overall application development experience of 10-15 years

- B.E./B.Tech from a reputed institute

- Technical certifications in Python/C++/Oracle/Java, J2EE is preferred
