Manager - eCommerce Tech Hiring

An eCommerce Organization in Bangalore is looking for an Enthusiastic HR professional to join their Recruitment team to serve the Talent needs for their Technology Business unit.

An Ideal candidate would have Experience in Handling Tech Hiring for any eCommerce organization. The candidate should have a strong business acumen and should have in-depth skills in market scoping, Internal & Stake holder management skills.

Designation : Manager - Tech Hiring

Qualification : Engineering / MBA from a reputed Institute

Key Responsibilities Include :

- Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, from candidate profile generation through sourcing, interviewing, influencing hiring decisions, making compensation recommendation in discussion with hiring managers, salary negotiations with candidate, extending the offer letter to candidate

- Produce status reports when and where required

- Manage a small team of Recruiters

- Candidates needs to be aware of new innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices and needs to know how to utilize web searches and social media sites to create communicate and generate leads

- Proven experience driving the recruiting process, with accountability for meeting weekly and monthly hiring goals.

Requirements :

- Experience in recruiting for eCommerce space like SDE/ SDM's and Architects

- Exposed to Mid Senior level hiring

- Strong Sourcing Skills using Job Boards & Other channels

- Effective communication skills (oral & written); ability to persuade and negotiate salaries with candidates

- Excellent Stake holder Management Skills and exposure in Matrix reporting Environment

- Skills in database management and reporting

- Ability to work in a Fast Paced Environment.
