Location : Mumbai  Reports to : Head Of Finance Operations  Imp Note : Post CA with not more than 4 years experience shall apply.   Role :  - The Manager Taxation & Finance Operations is responsible to ensure all applicable Tax Compliance and maintain high quality of finance business Operations for banking.  - This Role is also responsible for maintaining an effective control environment, identify risks and put in place mitigating controls for taxation compliance and banking operations and maintain relationship for various banking facilities.   - This Role has critical responsibility for audit, Taxation compliance and banking operations.  Finance Operations :  - Provide accounting guidance and oversight for all accounting activities related to banking operations and inter company settlements and ensure in timely, complete and accurate reporting of transactions.  - Ensure timely support and closure of various audits and book closure.  - Address the issues raised by circle and provide resolution in time bounded manner.  - Risk and Compliance Management  - Responsible for Tax compliances and management including tax, audit, etc  - Responsible for Tax assessment, timely response to the government authority.  - Ensure no demand should arise on the business unit due to non-compliance.  - Strategic Partner and advisor  - Ensure complete control over business operations activity for banking operations,  - Implementation of process improvements by continuous monitoring and review of existing and new processes  If interested please share your updated resume into word format :  Fixed Ctc :  Variables :  Notice period :  Expected CTC :  Reportees :
