To handle preparation and consolidation of deferred tax provisions and tax compliances of APAC entities.  Major Activities:  - To prepare consolidated deferred tax provisions on monthly/quarterly basis and tax disclosures in the Finance Statements under US GAAP/ IGAAP.  - Providing timely inputs to accounting team on tax expense.  - Keeping track of deferred tax in each entity.  - Ensuring books and tax records are matched in each entity.  - Coordinating with auditors for tax provisions/ disclosures in quarterly/ yearly audits.  - Reviewing and ensuring tax compliances for APAC entities  Essential Qualifications: CA  Requisite Skills:  - Exposure and understanding of tax disclosure and compilation under US GAAP and IGAAP  - Excellent Excel skills, using advanced features in Excel  - Can drive automation of consolidation  - Conceptual understanding of deferred tax  - Understanding and compilation of tax disclosure under IGAAP, US GAAP, IFRS  - Can handle pressure and strict timelines  - Quick learner  - Accepts responsibility and can work independently  Work Experience: 3 - 5 years
