Roles & Responsibilities:

- Must have good experience in handling all tax-related matters including Direct Tax & corporate taxes

- Good knowledge in Tax Compliance ,Tax Assignments , Tax documentation , Advisory and FEMA compliance

- Must have strong expertise in comprehensive tax planning for the company, liaising with various regulatory authorities and completing tax assessments

- Overseeing the tax computation, filing etc

Essential Skills :

- Thorough technical knowledge on Indian Tax (income tax ), Corporate Tax and International Tax.

- Basic knowledge of direct tax, FEMA and Transfer Pricing.

- Good Excel, presentation and report writing skills

- Client handling.
