About our Client : Our client is one of the biggest airline across the globe. They commenced operations in 2003. Their operations are spread across the globe which includes a fleet of 100+. Their revenue has been increasing on a yearly basis. They are looking for a Tax Manager who has a substantial background from the Big4 and experience in tax advisory and control reviews.
Job Description : While reporting into the Global Tax Manager, your responsibilities would be to:
- Manage relationships with tax auditors and tax authorities
- Conduct regular control reviews and risk mitigation exercise
- Provide advice on Indian taxes (direct and indirect)
- Improvise and implement tax reporting structure
- Reduce dependency on tax consultants by automating tax related processes
- Ensure tax compliance and tax profiles are in accordance with local requirements and latest legislation
- Act as a SPOC for all tax advisory related issues
The Successful Candidate:
- You are a CA with post qualification experience of 4+ years in an international setup.
- You have prior work experience in dealing with international taxation, tax planning and M&A.
- The successful candidate will have rich experience of tax audits, tax reporting, SOX and ERP. You also have excellent inter-personal and presentation skills.
