Opportunity with one of Leading client for the role of Talent & Development Manager.
Location :Bangalore
Major Areas of Accountability
- Customer relationships: be key contact and provide talent support for multiple leaders and HR heads on talent-related activities.
- Program management: lead specific initiatives across the region which may include talent reviews and performance management, coaching and assessment, diversity, High Potential program, employee value proposition, talent mobility etc.
- Project management and delivery: lead multiple talent initiatives and organise regional talent events across diverse businesses, locations, and functions to increase connectivity, capability and performance.
- Communications and marketing: increase knowledge about talent programs and systems to deliver against business results. Create clear messages and disseminate information to ensure there is a strong awareness about talent initiatives and processes.
- Metrics and analysis: use external and internal data to provide analysis to create business cases for talent programs, to drive insight-driven decision making about talent in the function and to measure return on investment (ROI).
- Partner closely with Learning and Development organisation to design fit-for-purpose blended solutions for organisation and deliver as required
Key Experiences:
- Project or programme management experience and track record of handling projects and conflicting priorities.
- Experience partnering with and delivering through HR and business leads. Experience building HR capability.
- Experience working in a complex, matrix, global environment and proven ability to collaborate across cultures and boundaries.
- Experience partnering with senior business and HR leaders and managing complex, senior stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of growth markets or proven ability to flex to new environments and contexts.
REQUIRED Skills and Experience (must have) ( include associated number of years):
- Strong project management skills; adept in creating and executing project plans and managing successful project execution across businesses, geographies and disciplines.
- Commercial acumen/understanding of market dynamics especially in Technology and Financial domains
- Consulting skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative, with ability to work in partnership with Talent & Development community and HR leads across boundaries and cultures.
- Track record of supporting talent / people development, change programs, including culture change and team effectiveness, across cultures.
- Effective communication skills (oral and written) across various organisational levels; strong ability to get things done within a matrix organisation.
- High level of energy and flexibility.
- Responsive, able to course-correct and adjust to changing circumstances.
- Understanding of Performance and Talent management tools and processes
