Manager - Talent Acquisition - Telecom - XLRI/TISS/FMS/MDI (3-7 yrs)
Looking for a TA Manager for a growing organization in Telecom industry.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain Weekly Report of TA
2. Should be Strong in Stakeholder management
3. Monthly Dashboard of TA activities (including source mix and cost analysis)
4. Data Sanctity - Ensure accuracy of Data of all IJP/AOP/RRF/Offered
5. Track BGV Report and ensure all the recruiters initiate BGV of offered cases. Share the updated BGV report with TA Head on fortnightly basis.
6. Tracking of Recruitment Vendor performance and issues related to invoice etc. Ensure their payments are released on time.
Candidate Profile:
should have plant hiring exposure preferably middle and senior roles.
should have done his/her MBA from top B-School.
should have minimum 3 years of experience.
