- Manpower planning/ AOP with Management and Heads of Depts. for devising and implementing recruitment strategies as per headcount.
- Manpower gap identification & getting position closed within decided TAT.
- Lateral and volume hiring
- Driving offers month on month through various sources like internal recruiters, campus & driving consultants.
- Handling and building a team of recruiters
- Salary fitment & compensation as per organisation parity and market demand
- Contingency hiring for critical top management roles
- Leading the campus program
