To excel as Manager : Talent Acquisition Manager, candidate is expected to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and support clients with hiring needs. Candidate should be sharp in understanding client requirement and mapping it to the candidates.
Responsibilities :
- Develop strategies to source candidates for various positions by using various channels of recuitment
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Client and candidate engagement
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Regular MIS
- Key account Management
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Excellent communicator
- Well-organized
- A leader and strategic thinker
