- Planning monthly targets and delivery plan
- Ensuring target achievement of Team Members
- Team Management
- Feedback/Coaching/Goal setting of the Team Members
- Supervision of Daily Trackers
- Maintenance of team Members’ Performance Dashboard
- Client Engagement
- Using industry specific knowledge and New channel sourcing
- Business Insights
- Client feedback
- Timely Operations review
- Input for monthly Invoicing
- Process Audit/SLA Tracker
- Controlling Attrition
- Team welfare and development
CTQs
- Degree: - Graduate or above
- Experience: - 7+ years
- Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel
- End to end knowledge of Recruitment cycle.
- Excellent communication skills
- Target Oriented
- Flexibility towards work
- Stable employment in at least last 2 jobs (>= 2 years in each job)
