Experience :

- Excellent English spoken and written skills

- Track record of managing teams

- Track record of growing recruitment business

- Ability to work with C-level executives

- Experience in working with IT recruitment is must

- Must have worked in the past or currently working with recruitment agencies

Education :

MBA from reputed institute with specialisation in HR

Roles and Responsibilities :

Account Management :

- Work closely with C-level executives and key stakeholders to manage the recruitment needs

- Resource requirements planning and recruitment

Team Management :

- Allocate and track work to recruiters and deliver high quality results to clients

- Set and manage team targets

- Motivate team to deliver high quality results

Sourcing :

- Source profiles from job portals and other sources

- Headhunt candidates for critical roles

Sales :

- Increase sales from existing accounts

- Ensure work is delivered well to ensure clients are happy to give more business

Reporting :

- Ensure C-level reports are generated weekly / monthly basis

- Ensure team reports the status on daily / weekly basis

P&L Responsibility :

- Profit and loss responsibility for the given client's / business

- Immediate escalation and contribution with innovative ideas when P&L is effected

Travel & Work Location :

- Travel within Hyderabad to client locations or Inceptica office on need basis

- Day-to-day work at Inceptica office or client office as per the need

International Exposure :

- Ability to work with customers & applicants in India, UK and Australia

- Ability to understand the working styles of India, UK and Australia markets

Going Extra Mile :

- Should have go getter attitude

- Motto should be to go for that extra mile to deliver the targets

- Need to own and execute walk-ins over the weekends on need basis

- Should be able to respond to client calls / emails during the out-of-office hours based on the urgency

- Should conveniently use the smartphone to email / message

- Be on the toes

Compensation :

- Fixed salary + excellent target linked commissions

- 5 days working week (Monday to Friday working with Saturday & Sunday off)

- 20 earned leaves

- 10 national holidays

- Health insurance for you, spouse and 2 kids

- Flexible work from home policy
