Manager - Talent Acquisition and L&OD

Our client is a top FMCG multinational with a strong brand name in the Indian market. Aiming to ramp up their business in the domestic market they are looking for a seasoned professional with high capability in organizational development and talent acquisition for one of their plants near New Delhi .
Reporting into the Site HR, you will be responsible for:
- Working towards alignment with the overall organizational strategy with appropriate learning and OD interventions
- Leading the performance management and talent management processes
- Creating successful interventions to retain and develop high performers
- Building an environment that fosters teamwork, innovation and transparent culture with timely OD interventions
- Creating a robust succession planning process while ensuring timely reviews and career planning process
- Planning the manpower and successfully close the critical positions
- Identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of the organization
As a successful applicant you should have
- MBA (HR) with atleast 8 years experience
- Prior experience in L&OD as well as Talent Acquisition
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
