Talent Acquisition Manager - Female
Job Responsibilities:
- Need to take care of End-to-End Talent Acquisition for the Asia Pacific Region
- Studying the Current and Future Staffing needs in line with Business Strategy
- Develop and implement appropriate Talent Acquisition strategy for the Organization
- Defining the new or enhance the current recruiting and selection processes
- Create innovative methods and build the strong sourcing strategies
- Increase the quality hire
- Define KPI's for Talent Acquisition team and guide or mentor the team to increase the performance
- Working closely with Business owners, practice heads and supporting their needs
- Working on the resource utilization reports across the organization
Desired Candidate Profile:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Talent acquisition function
- Ability to work across the organization boundaries to implement and execute the change
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior level executives
- Flexible and adaptable to a demanding and fast-paced work environment
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Hardworking and career oriented
- Business Development skills
- Great negotiating and convincing skills
- Professional to work on MS office suit
Academic Qualification:
Any relevant Bachelors or Master degree
