RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a detailed understanding and awareness of each business area and its organization in order to improve the quality and alignment of recruitment support with the needs of the area
- Support full-life cycle recruitment needs
- Research innovative recruitment strategies and develop creative solutions to generate high quality CV's. Increase Talent Acquisition sources and quality, reducing reliance on recruitment agencies
- Maintain an awareness of legislative requirements with regards to recruitment in the region and adjust the recruitment service accordingly
- Provide leadership and strategy to the recruitment team
- Manage capacity and resource planning
- Provide leadership to recruitment team by providing ongoing guidance, mentoring, training and direction. Conduct performance reviews and recommend promotions and increases
- Advise/coach managers on recruitment policies & procedures; best practice; selection processes, competency frameworks & interview techniques in line with the State Street corporate policies
- Partner across the Region and TA to continuously improve our methodology of recruitment and adapt the organisation accordingly.
- Drive cost transparency with focus on reducing recruiting costs and spend
