- Responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition
- Understand manpower requirements by partnering with the HRBPs and functional Heads
- Put together a robust selection process
- Build capabilities of hiring managers on interviewing
- Candidate engagement and feedback
- Manage offer process in alignment with C&B guidelines
- Manage onboarding process
- Campus Hiring for summer intern and management trainees
- Employer Branding
Requirements:
- MBA in HR
- 5+ yrs of HR experience with good exposure to talent acquisition, campus hiring, employer branding etc. preferably from a FMCG, Pharma, Consumer Goods Company
