Job description  (Only people from Top MBA Institute and passout of 2013 or 2014 with a minimum current salary range 12 lacs to 18 lacs with MBA HR degree may apply)  The role will be managing the Talent Acquisition efforts for all the Business units of a top FMCG company, across various levels and departments; including leadership hiring.  - Managing end-end Lateral recruitment process ; this includes the entire spectrum of activities involved in sourcing, screening and selection until the point of on-boarding  - Partnering with the Business in managing and supporting all manpower requirements; across roles, levels and departments.  - Developing and maintaining the Optimal Source mix which is both Cost-effective and Quality-conscious. This includes driving and promoting the Employee referral and IJP programs within the group.  - Driving the Social media hiring for the organization; ensuring that there is constant engagement with prospective talent present across various platforms.  - Responsible for maintaining the Hiring data and publishing Org-wide Recruitment Analytics and Dashboards.  - Responsible for monitoring the Annual Recruitment budget and managing recruitment-allied processes such as Background verification, Referral payouts, NP payouts, Joining Bonus payouts etc.  - Develop the Talent Mapping Model for key positions.  Role Requirement  - Full time MBA in Human resources from Top MBA Institute a must (2013 or 2014 pass out)   - 2-3 years of experience in campus branding or talent acquisition.  - Sourcing experience with passion in sourcing would be preferred.  - Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders on very diversified manpower requirements within the allocated resources  Swati Sarkar The Catalysts
