Job description:
- Establish hiring strategy and adhere to SLAs
- End to end hiring partner management
- Interact with the stakeholders to gather and understand open and prospective requirements
- Managing the offer process including salary recommendations & negotiations, compensation structuring, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines
- Publishing hiring dashboards and tracker

- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Demonstrate a collaborative approach to achieving business results
- Experience working in a fast-moving environment
- A positive, can-do and pragmatic approach to challenges and complexity
- Experience of engagement with Senior Leaders with confidence and credibility
