Salary range : 12 - 15 LPA  Short Description :  - This Resourcing Associate role acts as an end-to-end service provider to HRBPs and Line Managers for their defined remit of roles. The Associate will typically manage approximately half the number of positions as the Recruiter. This individual will also have accountability for coordination and administrative activities for assigned client group(s)  - This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from role definition through to on-boarding. This is a hands-on resourcing and coordination role that requires some in-house recruitment or recruitment coordination experience  Long Description :  Job Accountabilities :  - Assist in developing a resourcing strategy for a small client group(s) by analyzing market data including talent availability, trends and competitor data. Ensure the strategy is deliverable within budget and make recommendations to ensure that the Resourcing strategy reflects commitment to D&I and candidate experience. Post all appropriate job roles on the Applicant Tracking System in line with group standards  - Full accountability for scheduling interviews, de-brief sessions and external assessments for all candidates within assigned client groups  - Complete the full end-to-end coordination cycle  - Assist with the development and implementation of an effective attraction strategy  - Work with Recruiter/Manager and HRBP's to conduct a review of existing attraction channels by analyzing dashboard data, Review and make recommendations on which channels are most appropriate to use as part of an attraction strategy, Track and trend channel performance and recommend tactics to react quickly and effectively to changes that threaten the attraction strategy's success  - Review CVs/applications against requirements and create a shortlist for interview or review by a hiring manager. Also provide feedback to candidates in line with the candidate charter  - Support HR in executing integrated staffing plans for functions, aware of all relevant redeployment and strategic change activity to ensure delivery of right skills, bench strength and pipeline. Primary contact and accountable for managing search consultants and recruitment agencies  - Acts as an internal consultant to HR/line management, advising on local resourcing matters and providing challenge and suggestions for improving resourcing effectiveness  - Understand external market and works with HRBPs / line managers to create competitive offers for external staff, within the Reward Guidelines  - Ensure that recruitment channels promote diverse sourcing, selection processes are free of bias  Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) :  - Able to show specific examples of supporting and applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building PSLs, recruitment advertising, web tools, referrals, etc.)  - Awareness of brand management and the employee value proposition  - Strong influencing skills, able to provide specific examples of building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes e.g. improving the recruitment process.  - Subject matter expert knowledge of Indian employment law  - Recruitment experience in a large organization  - Knowledge and experience of the recruitment market in which operates  Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) :  - Post-graduate degree educated or equivalent  - Able to show specific examples of supporting and applying a variety of sourcing techniques  - Awareness of brand management and the employee value proposition.  - Strong influencing skills, able to provide specific examples of building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes e.g. improving the recruitment process.
