Job Responsibilities:  Act as point of contact for interface with the Talent Acquisition group  Work closely with Head-Policy, Process, Digitisation and Change to devise project management plans for large complex projects with multiple work streams e.g. a digitization strategy, a new assessment model etc  Support Head-Policy, Process, Digitization to ensure an aligned TAG function across the Segments and the Functions  Support in continuous improvement efforts and seek areas for efficiencies and effectiveness across Group TAG and digitization
