Responsibilities: assessing needs, designing and implementing solutions that address the talent sourcing and acquisition needs for the organization
- Drive and implement the Talent Acquisition Strategy to ensure best-in-class sourcing and acquisition execution.
Key Areas: sourcing (effective mix of sourcing channels), talent profile and pipelining, acquisition process and turnaround time.
- Proven track record in sourcing, relationship building and networking resulting in successful placements and retention. Strong strategic and problem solving skills with the ability identify gaps and trends for process improvement. Proven experience in implementing successful solutions.
- Experience in talent acquisition and human resources business partnering
- Experience with staffing and sourcing technologies
- Majorly in to Strategy making.
