Manager - Talent Acquisition - BFSI

Currently working on a Manager Talent Acquisition role for a Financial Services/ Bank to be based in Gurgaon.

Designing overall recruitment strategy - plan, implement, review and control of the same.

- Developing, implementing & managing recruitment strategies, processes, procedures, system and programs.

- Building strategies around using cost-effective & efficient resourcing tools.

- Maintaining high standards of quality in all the recruitment related processes

- Ensure Recruitment Process is understood, agreed and followed by all BU Heads.
