Supply Chain Manager

Role is to :

Lead the journey of Supply Chain Excellence for India & lead the development of robust supply chain processes (eg S&OP) and the Supply Chain Team to deliver improvements in cost and service. Also working with global Supply Chain to develop and implement the strategic Supply Chain agenda to deliver a step change in customer service and overall cost.

Team Management

Degree/ Post Graduate qualification in appropriate field or equivalent experience and qualifications

Prefer profiles from Fmcg/Pharma/ Fmcd/Consulting firms dealing with either of aforesaid mentioned industries or Mfg sectors/ Packaging Companies

- Strong experience in both relevant industry and Supply Chain function

- Direct experience with packaging suppliers in the FMCG industry

- Understanding of Supply Chain Best practice and technology

- Must have delivered at least one Supply Chain transformation

- Ideally designed and installed an S&OP process

- Ability to be - hands-on- and lead local teams in business improvement

- Strong commercial / leadership / communication skills

- Manage diverse, complex and cross functional projects

- Lateral thinking and inquiring mind, questions status quo

- Innovation and envisioning new technologies

- Recommending new/modified processes

- Leveraging networks and learning outside

- Strong project management skills to coordinate and lead multiple projects across multiple regions

- Ability to lead change across diverse cultures

- Delivering to deadlines and within budget
