- You will be working with a creative, innovative manufacturer with global operations and looking to dominate its marketplace.

Job Description :

- The client is currently looking to source a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the Logistics functions and implement S&OP processes into the company.

- You will lead the entire planning process including production scheduling and material flows and oversee accurate business forecasting to be reported to the global business leadership team.

- This role will also oversee the entire customer service team ensuring all customer orders and queries are processed on time and in full and drive the standards in team to ensure total customer satisfaction is achieved at all times.

- You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure best practice with regards to operational requirements and safety in the warehouse is adhered to at all times.

Profile :

- The ideal candidate will have extensive Supply Chain Management experience with a strong background in Manufacturing.

- You will understand the entire planning process across both materials and production and have excellent business forecasting experience.

- You will have previous experience in creating and leading a customer service team and understand the key competencies to ensure first level customer service is produced consistently.

- You will be instrumental in implementing and driving the S&OP process within the business and be heavily involved the global SAP roll out. Previous SAP experienced will be highly desirable however, other ERP systems will be considered.
