This position will ensure complete implementation of the S&OP process across the business.   - This would include the Demand and Supply Planning Processes.   - This position will manage the overall Inventory in the Supply Chain and ensure costs are optimized across the Supply Chain.   - This Position will manage the inventory for eCommerce Line of Business. Manage, Evolve Supply Chain for International Business.   - Incumbent will manage the Demand Planning Process.   - Manage Customer Service Levels. Deliver the Finished Good Working Capital Agenda by ensuring Statistical Stock levels are maintained across the business.   - Supply Chain Processes (FIFO, Batch tracking) to ensure write-offs Reduction and Stock Freshness. Improve the maturity level of the the S&OP process to ensure smooth integration across the business.   - Develop and Implement IT solutions to enable Supply Chain to increase flexibility and reduce costs. Manage the Demand Planning Process for the eCommerce requirements  - Success in this role will be measured through the delivery of objectives which are aligned to key business priorities   Objective/MOP :  Customer Service : % Case Fill  Line Fill : % Line Fill  Working Capital : Inventory Days  S&OP Integration : Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Days, Case Fill / Line Fill, MPS Adherence, Improvement in maturity level  eCommerce and International Business - Service Fulfillment - % Fulfillment within Committed Time  - Span of Control for the role would be Regional Supply Chain Managers/Officers, Supply Planner and Officers, Factory Supply Chain Officers and All India Warehousing Manager.  Key Relationships (Internal & External) :   - CEO for Verticals. Marketing Managers/Sales Managers for verticals. Unit Heads. Factory Supply Chain Managers. Regional Heads. Liasoning with Service Partners of Service Providers of Logistics in the area of eCommerce services.   Competencies : Numerate and System Literate (Knowledge of SAP is a Preference). Good Planning and Organizing Skill with attention to detail, Able Negotiator, Ability to Influence Peers/Seniors. Good Interpersonal Skills - Team Player.   - Knowledge of Supply Chain for eCommerce and skills relating to Logistics and Distribution. Knowledge of Supply Chain for International Business.
