RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver projects in the areas of strategy formulation, go to market design and execution, channel management, operating model design
- Develop target operating model for key functions such as sales and marketing, customer service, product development etc
- Lead the development of financial models required by organizations for business planning and business case requirements
- Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
