Experience - 5 to 6 years in Consulting clients in the Energy/ Power/ Industrial Products/ Pharma sectors ONLY.

Education - Candidate should be from Top Tier B-Schools only (IIM/ ISB/ FMS/ IIT/ XLRI/ SP Jain/ NITIE/ MDI) ONLY.

My Client is looking for:

Managers who will take ownership of project management and build their leadership skills.

As a Manager your leadership qualities will be tested, you will provide a high level of intellect to the team and ensure timely delivery of the project ensuring it is within the budget.

Build and nurture the team.

Provide team members with constant/ regular feedback and encouragement.

Manage multiple clients/ engagements and ensure that the team exceeds the client's expectations.
