Manager - Strategic Partnership (5-9 yrs)

Job Role:

- Responsible for garnering sponsorship revenue from prospective sponsors based in the region

Specific Responsibilities:

- Execute strategies for generating sponsorship revenue for the company from the region

- Identifying potential industry partners (clients) in the region for Mumbai and Delhi

- Working on a customized pitch for the clients basis their brand brief by interacting with the brand team at the clients end and then with the content at company

- Closing the deal with the sponsor

- Ensure seamless execution of the project post closure by engaging with the client on a regular basis and updating them on developments on a regular basis

- Identify short format revenue opportunities with existing or new clients who want to come on board but have limited budgets.

Candidate Profile:

Education: Marketing and or Business Administration Major. Ideally with graduate studies in marketing and sales [5-8 years of work experience] This profile requires people who have out of the box ideas and can innovate on many fronts.

Qualifications & experience:

Should have done meetings with key people (CEO, CXO, CSO) closed the deals with them.

- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing or activation

- Excellent client relations and networking

- Proven record of delivering on targets

- Experience in concept selling

Personal characteristics:

- Results oriented

- Proactive with initiative and drive

- Excellent Communication skills

- Negotiation abilities

- Ability to work under pressure
