One of the Global organization (MNC) is hiring for Manager with diverse experience in Striking strategic Alliance & Partnerships.  Title : Manager - Strategic Alliances/Partnership  Reports to VP   The Alliance Manager would explore potential partnership with Strategic Partners which could result in adding long term value to the Company. The main objective of an alliance manager is to increase long-term revenue as well as strengthen the company in its chosen market. The growth drivers to expand would come from both existing line of business as well as in expanding to new lines of business.  Relationships derived with these partners must remain well managed and mutually beneficial to both companies.  The person would be assisting the VP in managing Corporate Affairs and CSR partnerships as well.   Key Deliverables/Expectations of the role :  - to develop and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with company partners in all solutions areas;   - has good understanding / knowledge of the partner's propositions, their markets, business challenges and customer opportunities;   - to maintain and updates to the partner of the latest developments of their alliance account;   - provides feedback to the partners, if needed;   - develops and executes attainable and strategy plans with the market needs;   - builds multi-level relationships with its partners.  - The person could be exploring various opportunities or working on multiple projects at the same time.   Knowledge and Skills Requirements -   - The person must have a passion for sales and technology.   - Their drive must come from the willingness to the help the company's growth.   - He must have exceptional communications skills as it will be the core of his career.   - He must know how to build relationships as well know how to maintain them.
