Job Profile:

- Work the with specialists to manage incoming vendor requests and inquiries from Talent stakeholders and external vendors

- Lead channel vendor strategy by collaborating with CoEs and Business Advisors

- Oversee the negotiation, execution of compliance activities and securing agreements for services and partner with Strategic Procurement Services to negotiate and secure agreements for services.

- Partner with and advise stakeholders (Specialists thru Partners) on appropriate use of vendors for their respective Talent channel and provide leadership council on VRM's stance and decision

- Oversee, analyze and manage vendor performance using firm standard tools

Desirable profile:

- Candidates with experience in contract hiring for Clients. Someone from RPO's/Consulting firms working on contract positions also will do.

- This position will manage around 10 to 15 memebers of team. Should have good client handling and vendor management experience. 8 to 10 years in Technology hiring/ staffing.
