Looking for Web and Digital Anaytics

Responsibility:

- Working on Digital Analytics & Social Media capability development, SME support on client delivery projects & sales team support

- Revitalize Digital program by introducing a strategic go-to-market framework for Social Media and analytics around Social Media.

- Participate in every Digital RFP and engage customers for discussions and presentations around digital analytics

- Lead and trained the web analytics team in an Adobe Site Catalyst and Insights platform

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the arena of Digital Analytics.

Select projects include:

- B2B Corporate Website: Provided the Google Analytics customized tags and did deep dive analysis to better understand the browsing pattern, behavior of visitor and optimized the conversion rate.

- B2B Survey: Analyzed the qualitative open ended questions of survey which provide an excellent opportunity to the management to collect valuable information that helps in improving upon the success of the company year after year.

- BFSI Client: Provided customers personas intelligence based on social media data

- B2B client: Done text analytics on their knowledge portal.
