About our Client - Our client is a leading player within the consulting space, with a massive global presence. With a strong foothold of over a century in India, they are looking to add a Manager / Senior Manager - Transfer Pricing, based out of their Delhi NCR office.

Job Description - Reporting to the Associate Director, your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the clients in structuring the business from a transfer pricing perspective. This would involve evolving and documenting the global transfer pricing policy.

- Preparing documentation reports and analysing adherence to compliance.

- Client interaction to understand and document the client business model and process-flow of the business.

- Undertaking benchmarking studies including Financial & Economic Analysis.

- Representation before the Transfer Pricing Authorities

- Briefing the Counsels for representation before higher appellate authorities

The Successful Candidate - You will be a CA with at least 5-8 years of post-qualification experience. The incumbent needs to have hands-on experience as well as strong team handling and people management skills.
