“Hiring Achievers” is a professionally managed one stop Recruitment firm (Talent Sourcing Squad) specializing into IT / Telecom / Research & Analytics / Banking industry verticals etc.   Our prestigious client is looking for a seasoned Manager - Talent Acquisition and this role is based out of Delhi/NCR.  Role: Manager/Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Responsible for end to end hiring across business units.  - Ensure the recruitment process is being efficiently and effectively managed, both from a cost as well as a qualitative perspective  - Excellent Inter-personal skills for effective stake-holder management & building credibility  - Lead Talent Pipeline development and building in-house recruitment capabilities  - Ability to design implement and manage sourcing encompass maximizing ROI from referral programs, use of social media for recruitment & candidate engagement,  - Manages projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria) by establishing clear goals and accountabilities; developing project plans and allocating resources; identifying potential issues/risks and developing contingency plans.  - Responsible to manage & attain targeted Source Mix, increase output of low costing hiring sources  - Vendor Management - Selection, engagement & delivery management, Cost management  - Further building Employer Brand & creating brand attractiveness through focused social media initiatives  - Responsible to develop the offer recommendations and influence the key decision stakeholders on hiring decisions  - Managing lean recruitment team & enhancing team productivity  - Robust productivity representation through regular MIS / Dashboards / Analytics  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Must be a Post Graduate (Management degree/ HR Specialization desirable)  - 6-10 years of work experience in a reputed large organization  - Knowledge in the regional or global talent acquisition disciplines, candidate sourcing and selection methodologies, and the ability to help ensure a positive candidate experience.  - Proven track record of conceptualizing and implementing talent acquisition initiatives  - Team Player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can function effectively at all levels of an organization  - Ability to negotiate and actively facilitate change in culture, strategy, process etc.  - Project management skills with a proven track record for delivery of practical business solutions  - Demonstrated ability to lead self and others  So, if you’re looking for an opportunity to flex your recruiting knowledge in a high-energy, team-oriented environment where you own your career, we’d love to hear from you.   Bharat Hiring Achievers
