Manager/ Senior Manager- Strategic Consulting

We are urgently looking for someone at Manager and Senior Manager level for Strategic Consulting.

Below are the details regarding the same:

CLIENT: Consulting Group

ROLE- Strategic Manager- Service Group Strategy

LOCATION: Bangalore and Hyderabad

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT- Candidates from Tier-1 b-school only preferred

Responsibility:

- To enable contracts for new customers/ units, driving a series of stages in the pre-sales and contracting stage.

- To convince stakeholders on the potential (operations, finance, transformation)

- To support in the pricing and service level documentation for the contract with the clients

- To drive transformation across operating units focused on implementing lean practices

- To make a detailed assessment of the lean maturity of the unit, develop and syndicate a transformation roadmap with the operations leadership with objectives and initiatives

- To drive and program manage implementation of transformation initiatives

- Implement transformation initiatives with alignment and buy in from various stakeholders

Experience: 3+ years with consulting group companies only.
