Manager/Sr. Manager - Solutions & Research

Job profile:

- Designing Solutions as per client needs and creating Presentations around them

- Developing and delivering content for consulting/learning assignments

- Participate in identifying opportunities, writing Proposals, Pitches & Bids

- Conducting both Primary as well as Secondary research on various industry sectors for market trends and analysis in the field of HR

- Interpret, report and deliver quantitative & qualitative data

- Understand market and client context for each project

Reporting to: Practice Head or CEO

Educational Qualification: MBA from Premier Business Schools (Full Time)

Experience: 2-4 years
