This is wrt an Opportunity with an MNC Client of ours.

Location : Chennai Only.

Title : Manager and Above.

Type : Permanent.

Job Role : US Staffing.

Span Of Control : 25 - 40 Team Members.

Timings : US Time Zone.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for E2E Requirement Fulfillment & Delivery for all Business Verticals/ SLs globally with key locations as US.

- Manage the team of resource management, Recruiters and co-coordinators (Remote managing more than 50% team) involving assigning targets, allocation of work, monitoring performance, issues resolution etc.

- Actively involve with Account/Delivery Managers on recruitment planning for different businesses.

- Handle High Volume, High End Critical, Internal / Outsourced / Project / Attrition / Professional Service Based, Direct / Contract / Contract to Hire, Ad hoc & Just-In Time requirements.

- Playing a key role in handling the Vendor Management Process End to End which includes Vendor identification, development & management and monitoring them on SLAs.

- Responsible for increasing the productivity of Channel Partners as a source for recruitment.

- Implement process improvements for Partner Empanelment /Evaluation/Feedback etc. including publishing Performance dashboards.

- Competency Mapping: To identify key positions and high potential Peoples and review individual potential against position requirements/skills.

- Workbench Estimation: Identify resource deployment/alignment opportunities and ensuring minimum bench.

- Manage resource Pipeline: Redeployment if resources coming in bench pool, maximize the revenue earning capacity of pool and respond to person request for transfer into and out of pool.

- Cost Estimation: Working closely with track Leader, AM/Vertical Leaders and team to ensure maximum revenue realization per Project.

- Requirement Forecast, Streaming /Mapping Internal Systems.

- Over Deployment Tracking and Deskilling of Requirement.

- Ensuring that internal resources that are not deployed in projects are deployed for new projects for maximum utilization.

- Interact with Project Managers of resources identified regarding their allocation.

- Keeping a track of the requirement generation and ensuring the optimum utilization of resources.

- Maintain and report allocation data pertaining to resources and projects.

- Coordinating Training Programs to scale up resources to meet project requirements.

- Responsible for Bench Management.
