My client one of the top consulting firm is looking for Sr Manager - Recruitment for contract staffing.  - Experience required - Contract Staffing. 8-12 years of experience.   - Experience in Vendor Management and good experience in Sub Contracting and contract employee management / 03rd party sub-contracting across India/Europe/APAC markets, primarily strong in India hiring, should have prior experience of handing large sub-contracting assignment and such be able to manage bench of 500 + employees .   A strong self-motivated, matured and driven individual.  - Should be able to build a Staff Augmentation /SC eco-system in terms of Vendors.  - Should understand the nuances and the pace of SC hiring.  - Have the ability to negotiate rates with the vendors.  - Should have managed a team of 5-6 recruiters at Sr. levels (5-6 yrs of experience).  - Build analytics around SC/SA hiring.  Please connect to me @ 7044054662
