- Management Graduate in HR

- 6-11 years Experience

- Experience in handling large recruitments across the levels

- Should be able to interviewing candidates at various levels and share shortlisted candidates with other interviewers

- Should have experience in Handling Branch/ Outlet level recruitment

- Should have conducted Fresher recruitment drive

- Should have supported regional recruitment team

- Should of experience of interpretting Personalty tests like Thomas profiling

- Passionate, Energetic and will to excel should be part of the personalty traits
