Job Responsibilities:
- To receive Sales order from marketing Department
- Planning of BOM / Non BOM and Consumable Material.
- Daily Updating to H.O for WIP, Dispatches Material Status and Material Shortage.
- Coordinating the Resources and the Production team for Execution of Production order to meet customer Delivery Schedule Date.
- Man & Machine wise capacity Planning
- Acting as a Liaison between Marketing & Production Department to uphold Customers.
- Daily executing target vs. achieved.
- Executing Monthly Production report & yield statement.
- Raise Purchase Requisition to Purchase & Material Demand Note for Production Dept.
- Inventory Management & minimization.
- In charge of Production Planning & control.
- Coordinating the Resources and the Production team for Execution of Production order so as to Meet Customer Delivery Schedule Date.
- Purchase planning & control.
- Monthly domestic & J/W planning, Executing Weekly plan & daily schedule based on monthly plan.
- Outsourcing planning & control.
- Dispatch Planning & control.
- Training to Subordinates of Production & Planning Module (ERP System)
- Handling Machine Shop.
