Our Client, a not-for-profit organisation funded by the industry, provides a unique opportunity for an organisation and its professionals to engage and drive thought leadership  Title : Manager / Sr.Manager Product  Location : Bangalore  Job Responsibilities:  - Set up and create events, activities and workshops for the company's Products vertical.  - Manage the flagship of company's Product Conclave and related activities. Manage sponsorships as per target and its deliverables.  - Work with Product Companies and the Ecosystem for all Business Connect program. This includes interfacing with CIOs, GICs, System Integators, Government etc.  - Build collaboration with the industry volunteers for the Product Conclave.  - Work with the Product Ecosystem to develop key readiness tracks / Centre's of excellence for Design, Product Management, Technical Architects  - Work with internal teams like research, events and start ups  - Interface with key Executive Council members and industry seniors to work on national event like NPC.  - Membership related: Setup program metrics and review periodically to ensure objectives are met.  - Craft and execute an effective communication plan for Product company members of NASSCOM as well as internal stakeholders.  - Articulate the value proposition of company's membership.  - Drive participation and discussion, networking opportunities and create value to the membersip.  Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:  - The ideal candidate would be an MBA with specialization in Marketing, with 8-10 years of experience in Program Management Skills. The candidate should be self driven, an out of the box thinker and a highly motivated team player.  Preferential skills:  - Knowledge of Social Media and effective use of Blogs, Twitter, LinkedIn & other social networks & forum.  - Prior experience in membership/community building.  - Prior experience of incubators and start ups.  - Experience in organizing large industry events.  - Passionate about new technology domains like IoT, Social, mobile, Analytics and Cloud.
