Job Role/ Function: Retail Products, Retail Banking (Product Manager - Salary Account)

Location: Corporate Office, Mumbai

Level/ Designation:Manager/Sr Manager

Reports To:AVP - Retail Products, Retail Banking

Job Description:

- She/He will be expected to manage the Salary Product suite performance: sales, margins, sourcing quality and customer satisfaction over the entire product life cycle.

- Integrate channel requirements and work closely with them to achieve the common business goals

- Identify, present and execute innovative and creative product solutions

- Project management of all product integration/launches/changes throughout implementation

- Lead the development, approval, training, communication of product changes and their associated customer, operational, process and systems impact

- Display a high level of critical thinking in cross functional process analysis and problem resolution for existing products

- Coordinate and build strong work relationships with various internal groups: IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Process Quality

- Monitor the internal processes for efficiency and validity pre and post product changes

- Develop and implement a company wide go to market strategy plan for feature launches

Candidate Profile:

- The candidate should be a post-graduate and have 3-8 years of experience preferably in banking liability products of which at least 2 years must have been spent managing Salary Product

- S/he should have good interpersonal skills and must be a good team player.

- S/he should have the ability to work with cross functional teams.

- Advanced spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills

- Project management and Time Management skills

- Must be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with vague concepts

- Ability to analyze processes and re-engineer them.

- Strong communication skills and good analytical skills are a prerequisite.

- Must be a keen observer of the human behavior which will help in the generation of consumer insights
