Currently working on an opening for the position of Manager / Sr. Manager - Organizational Effectiveness for a large corporate house

Accelerate the delivery of the diversity agenda of the Group by focusing on 3 key areas – Gender, Generation & Cultural diversity

1. Articulating a POV on Diversity and presenting to the group Board.

2. Putting the right mechanisms- (process, structure, budgets) for this agenda to be developed over medium & long term

3. Educating key stakeholders to increase awareness on group's point of view on subject like - Gender/Culture/ Generation etc

4. Successful implementation of specific programs around Gender Diversity agenda and Cross Culture agenda

Leverage Employee Engagement & Wellness as a tool to enhance personal productivity Employee Wellness as a leaver of Employee engagement

1. Based on the Listening Architecture for the group create unique “listening mechanisms” to understand our Unique stakeholders – Employees , Businesses, India outside etc

2. Creating new interventions based on outcomes of Listening mechanism (Vibes 2014, Tech Vibes , Team Vibes etc )

3. Analytics and research to understand changing expectations of various stakeholders

Build the next generation organization by engaging in cutting edge research and bench marking to be ahead of the curve in organizational effectiveness practices globally

1. Create innovative internal research/ white papers and various internal studies with employees.E.G. CARE research

2. Support the Group’s participation in various external forums – BEI, SHRM Awards, Catalyst survey, Tower Watson, Future of Work etc

Research on compliance related areas and creating policies on statutory compliances like – New act on Whistle Blower, Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Code of conduct

1. Research and bench marking on compliance related areas

2. Based on research findings, writing a policy and ope rationalizing guideline at Group level

3. Driving implementation of these polices through training, webinar etc
