Experience of over 8- years in the areas of Service Delivery & Operations, Project Transition & Process setup, Client Relationships, Training & Development, Performance Excellence, etc for large outsourced operations.

Worked in the areas of Organizational Change Management, establishing Operation Governance Models and MIS in BPO & IT industries, both captive & non-captive, with a good exposure to U.S. Mortgage and U.S.

- Manage process like Account Reconciliations, Investor Reporting Package(IRP),Rent Roll Analysis, Property Inspections and Trigger Management teams

- Ensuring SLA deliverables are met and exceeded with optimum utilization

- Played a pivotal role in multiple transitions, technology enhancements & various projects

- Competently worked to build synergies amongst various processes and lines of business to build efficiencies

- Ensuring People Development with required competencies through training programs, recognition, motivation, providing opportunity along with challenges, coaching, etc,.

- Effectively managing budget for cost per FTE, R&R and L&D. also, managing targets set for attrition, cross trainings, role mix, OPEX, etc,.
