Job Description Role Description:

The Company is looking for General Insurance Professionals to join to our successfully growing Business Operations Team.

- The Successful candidate will manage the transactions and operations with respect to insurance and will have opportunity to Interact closely with key teams in Insurance companies.

Job Description:

- Complete ownership to develop and maintain post-sales relationships with key accounts at a national level (insurance companies), critical to the company in terms of recurring base revenue and future growth.

- Perform activities for assigned strategic accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives

- Frequent interactions with Senior Management of Insurance Partners

- Proactively create strategic recommendations and drive their successful implementation with clients

- Support, develop and execute the firm's strategies towards driving maximum efficiency by analyzing data and existing processes, recognizing trends and thereby forming conclusions.

Competencies:

- Has been in top 20% of their company consistently in terms of Business target achievement and Rating

- Has handled a team

- Previous exposure to Insurance is required, digital / online channel may be an advantage

- Open to relocating to Chennai

- Has shown appreciable job stability of 2+ years in past, in the same organization.

Desired Skills:

- MBA degree from a reputed B-School.

- 3 -7 years experience in Insurance (General OR Life OR Bankassurance) with exemplary track record in Sales and Channel Management.

- Excellent interpersonal and Negotiation Skills

- Ability to own responsibilities and work under minimal guidance

- Strong Analytical skills with good command over Excel
