Our Requirement:

- We are looking for a Senior Manager/Manager, who is passionate about client servicing, solutioning and delivery excellence and wants to be an integral part of our exciting growth plans.

- The person will be part of the client acquisition team which understands the client situation and problem and develops the solution, going on to managing the transition of processes to the delivery team.

- S/he will build on our strong existing client relationships by engaging with key client staff not only on operational matters but also on their business issues, creating revenue generating client mining opportunities.

- The person will oversee all aspects of ongoing operations - from delivery to people to process.

- The role will essentially be one of development, of growing and motivating people, adding value through delivery and making discontinuous improvements to the way we work.

- S/he will necessarily be a team player with an ability to collaborate with other teams and in the client organization.

- Open for travel.

Experience: 5 to 15 years

Salary Details: Rs.16 LPA - Rs.20 LPA (including fixed and performance linked variable)
