Job Description:

Competition & Market intelligence

- Distribution: Track competition movement and field level strategies

- Product: Regular check & update of competition offerings

- Suggestions: Periodic review and recommendation on product changes/improvements (basis competition / regulatory environment)

Marketing

- Rating Beats Plans & Area Selection: Reviewing identification of catchment areas and micro marketing activities for new and existing customers

- Visibility: Ensure brand visibility & awareness through various activities & collaterals in the district.

- Inventory Tracking: Tracking actual branches inventory requirements and utilization

Branch Management

- Sales Audit: Ensure all sales procedures are adhered to and do sales audit on monthly basis

- Process Adherence: Ensure collection process adherence and communications made to customers regarding the same

- Staffing: Ensure staffing requirements are being fulfilled for each branch

- Training: Ensure adequate training is happening on product, changes & communication intended

- Expansion/Consolidation: Ensure branch expansion & consolidation/movement is done within pre-defined timelines

- Central Team Coordination: Coordinate & liaison with Head office support team to support branch staff

- Bottom Branch Analysis: Low performing Branches focused analysis and detailed report

Branch Sales & Distribution Management

- Recruitment & Productivity: Recruit , train & review productivity of the LAG Sales Team

- Fee Based: Drive districts to meet fee based targets & collect PF/Admin fees to push gross revenue

- COA: Ensure COA benchmarks is maintained at all times

- Channel Mix: Ensure the branches has a strong proprietary & alternate channel distribution mix – FOS, SM and SP

- Channel Excitement: Ensure proper channel excitement, training and tracking is done on SM, Jweller Tie-Ups, Gold Vans etc.

- Leads Conversion: Ensure proper leads conversion and quality of leads at all branches

- Existing Base: Ensure complete branch involvement in maintaining relationship with EB and tracking EB Closed Base conversion
