Manager/Sr Manager - Merger & Acquisitions - IT/ITeS (6-8 yrs)
Position: Manager/Sr Manager-M&A (Leading IT-ITES Company)
Role:
- Interacting with BU heads to understand M & A requirements, sourcing deals, financial modeling, creating deal structures, doing financial & business due diligence, participating in deal negotiation
- Coordinating with various support functions like legal, HR, Finance teams to facilitate deal closure and coordinating business integration post acquisition
- End to end execution of M&A Deals
Requirements:
- MBA/ CA with 6-8 years of experience, out of which 5 years should be in M & A in an IT/ITES company
- Should have executed multiple M&A deals
- Deep domain expertise in strategy, M&A (acquisition and integration), corporate planning and budgeting
- Experience in working with cross functional teams in growth companies to plan and execute breakthrough growth initiatives
Location: Pune
