Manager/Senior Manager - Marketing - Leading Distribution Company

We are looking for a marketing professional for a leading distribution company.

Job Profile

- Building the Marketing Plan for the Year basis Business objectives

- Conceptualizing, Designing and implementing the Channel Marketing Strategy including Advertising (ATL), BTL, Promotions, Line-up and Direct Marketing activities

- Working with creative & online agencies to build campaigns & their follow through into execution

- Brand Positioning

- Identify, develop and execute the marketing and branding strategy

- Constant monitoring of competitor marketing activities and provide internal measures for the same.

- Manage brand perception by maximizing alliances and partnerships

- Support Sales Targets

- Co-ordination with other internal departments

Competencies Required:

Functional Competencies

- Understanding the processes of Brand Management, Consumer Research leading to strategic brand management

- Media Buying, Evaluation & Building Alliances, Evaluating a creative proposal / campaign

- Gaining consumer insights thru direct interactions to help build media / product innovations

- Strong Communication across levels of management

- Innovative Thinking, ability to think out of the Box

- Demonstrating an ability to think 2 levels above, thus enabling self growth

- Inspire Servicing Teams in Agencies towards superior execution

- Build confidence in the sales team for on-ground activations

Profile Summary

- 360 degree marketing - ATL, BTL as well as Digital marketing

Eligibility Criterion

- 4-7 years of relevant experience

- Female candidates preferred

- Preferably TV Channel / Advertising Agency/ Event Management
