Job Overview:  - Responsible for the overall operations of the Mall.   Job Specifications:  Education/ Formal Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate  Skills (Technical / Computer / Soft skills etc):  - Good communication Skills, should have excellent planning, analytical & interpersonal skills  Knowledge and Experience (Total work experience and job related relevant experience):	  - Has to have minimum 6-8 years job related experience in a Mall.  - Should possess 5-6 yrs years of Managerial experience   Min Age: 30+  Responsibilities  Operations & General Administration:  - Managing Administrative Service to ensure effective delivery of service at areas like Large or mid size malls, Retail Outlets, Housekeeping, Security, Property management, MEP (Engineering & Maintenance) to enable smooth day to day operations.  - Close coordinated work in Organizing cum Executing in house & outdoor events, programs and other activities.   - Handling authorization of Asset movement.  - SOP review & reengineering for the organization.  - Preparation & review of daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly Reports   - Monthly MIS reporting and analysis  - CAM management by ensuring current revenue and tight cost control   - Budget & strategy planning, execution for the Financial Year.  - Compliances Management according to the Company & Government policies.  Customer Satisfaction:  - Ensuring maximum Customer satisfaction by closely interacting with customer to understand their requirements & customizing products & services.  - Creating & measuring Customer (Retailer & Patrons) satisfaction index CSI as well as involved in complaint management.   - Developing and maintaining long-term beneficial relationship with all existing tenants and retail groups to ensure continued and future business.   - BRM (Business Review Meetings) with all the retailers as per calendar  - Fitout management  - Exposure in project management (preferred)  Strategy Planning:  - Establishing strategic cost management systems / techniques for monitoring various overheads and achieving maximum cost control in operations.   - Augmenting brand identity by enhancing service standards maximizing mall returns.   - Designing & implementing internal control procedures to review effectiveness of processes.   Business Development:  - Conceptualizing & implementing operation excellence & leasing plans in tune with the macro business plans, thereby achieving profitability for the organization.   - Organizing business promotion activities to build-up strong customer relationship with the existing clients & new customers to tap greater business volumes.   - Developing short and long-term plans to meet mall operation and leasing objectives and evaluating competitive activity for impact on overall trading density.  Procurement / Vendor Development:  - Coordinating with various departments for procuring necessary equipment and products, identifying and networking with cost effective & reliable Vendors/ Suppliers for purchasing requisite material.  - Conducting physical verification of stock in trade with stock in books periodically and implementing effective inventory control methods.   - Designing & implementing effective procurement schedules along with finalizing the specifications of the materials & establishing the quality & quantity limits for effective inventory control.   Team Management:  - Monitoring of Company & Agency employee grievance redressal pertaining to administration services.  - Organizing training & development programs to sharpen the skills and knowledge of Management as well as Agency Teams.   Training & Development:  - Identifying current cum future training & developments needs of the team.  - Incorporating right training & developments methods with appropriate tools.  Working conditions:  Will be continuous on the floor job, will require to work in shifts and late in the evening
