Job Purpose:

- To plan, develop and implement Infrastructure framework for L&T Financial Services to ensure business continuity and better working atmosphere
Principal Accountabilities:

- Infrastructure Development - Source new premises and set up offices as well as Consolidation of Office Space
- Budget and Cost Control - Prepare & comply with Infrastructure Budget
- Design Development, Vendor Management, Value Engineering

Financial Dimensions:

- CAPEX Budget (New Project Infrastructure Cost) - INR 30 Cr

Team Size of 2 Onrolls and 2 offrolls
Skills & Knowledge:
(State the minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements this job and not the incumbent)
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- B.E / B. Arch preferably with Masters in Construction Management from NICMAR.
- Hands on experience of branch network expansion in Banks / NBFC's
- Should have updated knowledge of best practices.
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience
- Good Presentation, Negotiation, communication & Analytical skills
